A. Placement Strategy

• Training partners will be contractually bound to provide placement as part of the MoU.
• Each partner will sign an agreement ensuring a minimum of 60-80% placement within 3 months of training completion.
• A dedicated Placement Monitoring Team will track progress and compliance.

B. Self-Employment and Handholding Support

• Chief Minister's Microfinance Initiative (CMMFI)
• Bank loans (₹5,000 and above with minimal interest)
• NCGTC-backed loans for collateral-free support.
• Non-NSDC certified trades will be supported through state funds and CSR partnerships.
• Post-training business mentorship, market linkages, and compliance support will be provided.
